.              The GDS17 is a study group on the impact of economic policies established in Rome on December 2017 by some academics of Roma Tre and Sapienza. The group is intended as a place for discussions and debate, involving professors, researchers, PhD students and experts in an informal and participative way. The aim is to gather ideas and proposals and propose together a planning of initiatives (including researches, debates, projects.) to be promoted during the year. The fourth edition (4.1) of the School of Advanced Training “Public Policy Impact Assessment. Concept, Methods, Applications”, organized by the Rossi-Doria Center and the Department of Economics, Roma Tre University, will be held (online) from 13 to 17 September p.v. The inaugural lecture: La cultura della valutazione is held by Raffaello Bronzini (Bank of Italy) on September 13th at 10:45 am. The closing lecture:  L'utilizzo degli studi randomizzati per valutare l'impatto delle politiche sociali: due esperimenti in Italia  are held by Eliana La Ferrara (Bocconi University) on 17 September at 2.30pm.
