Call for Interest

CALL FOR INTEREST
The Rossi-Doria Centre, Roma Tre University, is looking for two experts to involve in the teaching activities of the “International School for Advanced Training in Impact Evaluation of Development Policies. Concepts, methods, applications” (code: SVIP19ENG – profile a, b).
The call for interest is aimed at external experts capable of contributing to the above mentioned activity. In particular, the Rossi-Doria Centre intends to select two experts, on the following activities:
Profile (a)
Preparation and delivering of a lecture about the evaluation of cash transfer programs with the use of randomized control trials, household surveys and repeated cross-sections data. The activities of profile (a) will be paid euro 1.000.00 gross salary, plus expenses’ reimbursement.
Profile (b)
Preparation and delivering of a lecture about the evaluation of trade policies for development with the use of the generalized propensity score to assess trade preferences; collaboration to the organization of the lab ‘Application’ sessions of the School in relation to the methodology Generalized Propensity Score Matching. The activities of profile (b) will be paid euro 1.500.00 gross salary, plus expenses’ reimbursement.

The selection will be made by a Committee of the Rossi-Doria Centre, according to the coherence of the candidate’s expertise with the requested activities.
